Brewing is something that I do for a number of reasons, it's nice to sit down and scratch out a recipe, it's great to have a brewday..even if it goes 'norks-north', it's also quite nice settling down to enjoy the fruits of my labour, but the best bit about brewing is the friends i've made along the way, ... mans best friend is a homebrewer!

I bet it sounds like one of those hippy relaxation tapes! I can see how this is going to pan out you'll have finally cracked the haze issue and you'll not have the time to brew!
