Well fermentation got off to a flyer, this picture is how it looked 8hrs after pitching the yeast.

Brewing is something that I do for a number of reasons, it's nice to sit down and scratch out a recipe, it's great to have a brewday..even if it goes 'norks-north', it's also quite nice settling down to enjoy the fruits of my labour, but the best bit about brewing is the friends i've made along the way, ... mans best friend is a homebrewer!
